Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programsQualifications and Skills:1. Current RN license in the state of practice2. BLS and ACLS certification3. Two years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a PCU4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively7.
