This individual will assess patients, administer medications, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Assessing patients and developing individualized care plans2. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed3. Monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to healthcare team4.
