We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Medical/Surgical Unit. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to patients admitted for medical and surgical treatments.

Skill Required: Any - RN Med/Surg, RN Med/Tele, RN Tele, RN Neuro, RN PCU, RN Telemetry

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
• Monitoring patient vital signs and condition, and reporting any changes promptly.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs and treatment plans.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of TN or compact
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
