Contract: 13 weeks of contract with possible extension

Job Summary: As an RN in our Step Down unit, you will provide direct nursing care following established policies, procedures, and protocols. You'll be responsible for implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Record and communicate patient condition accurately
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for well-coordinated patient care
• Execute physician and nursing orders effectively
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
