Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Progressive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions requiring close monitoring and specialized treatment. This contract position offers an opportunity to work night shifts with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and manage patients' conditions, including telemetry monitoring, titration of medications, and interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide patient education and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in Progressive Care nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
