We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to expectant mothers during the childbirth process.
Duties:
- Monitor the health of expectant mothers and fetuses during labor
- Assist with the birthing process and provide emotional support to patients
- Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe delivery
- Educate new mothers on postpartum care and breastfeeding techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NRP and Fetal Monitoring
- Previous experience in labor and delivery or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
