Pittsburgh area real estate development company is in need of an Accounting Assistant.
Duties to include:
· Reconcile various bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
· Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
· Assist with filing and remitting taxes, and other financial obligations.
· Generating companies financial reports using income and expense data
· Create budgets, and monitor year to date financial performance.
· Prepare payroll reports.
· Processing invoices to various vendors.
· Assist third party CPAs with audit process
Requirements:
· Previous like accounting support experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
· Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks software
· Detail oriented, with a passion for accuracy
· Ability to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
