We are offering a long-term employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in ELVERSON, Pennsylvania. As a Collections Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and organizing collection activities, effectively communicating with customers and sales force, and maintaining customer accounts. Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and payment status • Record information about the financial status of customers and the status of collections • Receive payments and reconcile customer accounts • Communicate with the sales force on credit status, problem resolving, and payment strategy of customer accounts • Communicate regularly with the Credit Manager about delinquent accounts and issues that need assistance in resolving • Work effectively and professionally with the entire team • Utilize skills in Accounts Receivable (AR), Account Reconciliation, and Collecting Payments to perform daily tasks and responsibilities • Ensure the company is the most responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly supplier in the foodservice industry • Coordinate and organize collection activities for the supply side • Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.
