TriMech Solutions is Hiring a Client Engagement Manager Near Allen, VA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day to day tasks of the Customer Engagement team
  • Work with new and existing customers to provide onboarding, 3dx activation, integration, education,
and documentation to drive long term value and secure renewal business.
  • Set strategic direction for customer use of enhanced subscriptions to address expressed business
challenges or opportunities.
  • Identify leads and other opportunities for sales and communicate those as appropriate
  • In partnership with the customer, set success criteria and hold both our vendors and our customers
accountable to delivering against those criteria.
  • Engage regularly across the customer’s organization, answering questions, resolving issues,
presenting recommendations & solutions, and identify opportunities & risks.
  • Proactively escalate at-risk clients and ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Technical, Sales, and Subscriptions) to
support the success of our customers and all TriMech business initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a management role, with 1-3 years' experience in a customer success or
account management role within a SaaS organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to clearly articulate ideas and explain
technical concepts simply and effectively
  • CRM Experience is required, ideally Salesforce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including TEAMS)
  • Highly organized with high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Resourceful, creative, and thinks strategically when troubleshooting problems
  • Passion for client success & advocacy
  • Experience training users
