Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and activating new users of SolidProfessor
- Review & prioritize list of accounts with no logins in previous 30 days.
- Engage with client’s organization, Follow up with requests or inquiries from clients
- Proactively escalate at-risk clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales and Subscriptions) to support the success of our clients
- Log all communication in CRM, maintain client files in NetSuite and update information.
- Minimum of 20 outbound phone calls and emails per day
- Any other assigned tasks or projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year in a client success or account management role within a SaaS organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, in person and via electronics media internally and with clients
- CRM Experience is required, ideally Salesforce
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Highly organized with high attention to detail
