As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes. You'll be responsible for reviewing and coding company credit card purchases, managing a high volume of transactions, maintaining credit card profiles, and assisting with vendor invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and code company credit card purchases.
- Verify receipts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle over 1,200 transactions bi-weekly with precision.
- Maintain credit card profiles and process purchasing allocations.
- Manage multiple Excel spreadsheets and respond to group emails.
- Organize files and folders for backup and assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $21-$25/hr
