Position Overview:
As the ABA Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clinical team and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. You will oversee the implementation of ABA programs, provide clinical supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and collaborate with families, educators, and other stakeholders to facilitate optimal outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain a small caseload of approximately 5 children.
· Maintain daily schedule of services.
· Collaborate with Executive Director in growth of the clinics through intakes, hiring and scheduling.
· Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and BCBAs to ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
· Conduct regular case reviews, monitor progress, and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
· Complete KPIs and Utilization reports for performance feedback.
· Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA therapy, and integrate new findings into clinical protocols and training programs.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.
· Develop systems and supports through the framework of organizational behavior management to foster a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement within the clinical team.
Qualifications:
· Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
· Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy, with a demonstrated track record of successful program development and implementation.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities across the lifespan.
· Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments, designing behavior intervention plans, and analyzing data to inform treatment decisions.
· Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing the practice of ABA therapy.
· Flexibility to travel to client homes, schools, and other community settings as needed.
Salary Range: $70,000-$$85,000/yr
