Injection Mold Set-Up Technician
Hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm
(Overtime as needed).

Perform the set-up and operating functions for production plastic parts in the injection mold machinery.
Responsibilities:

Perform the set-up and operating functions for production plastic parts in the injection mold machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Set-Up Mold Technician.
- Install and remove injection molds in the injection molding machinery.
- Installs and removes auxiliary equipment necessary for the injection mold and or injection molding machine.
- Sets and adjusts injection molding machine to set-up parameters.
- Troubleshoots and corrects injection molding machine operations.
- Diagnoses basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical problems with equipment.
- Completes checklists as required.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on injection molding machines.
- HS diploma. (preferred to have apprenticeship or trade school)
- 2 years working with manufacturing machinery.
- 1 year of working in plastic manufacturing company. (preferred)
- Experience with quality assurance of manufactured products. (visual inspection of parts being produced, can determine colors and variances of shades per customer specifications. )
- Experience with generating reports.
- MS Office for computer reporting.
