Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the production and testing of products, making sure they align with established procedures.
- Contribute to the development of new products by advising on manufacturability and testability.
- Develop and enforce manufacturing and testing procedures, with the help of your team.
- Uphold the company's Quality Assurance policy and maintain ISO certification.
- Drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure a skilled and adequate workforce.
- Monitor quality and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain open communication with your team to promote quality awareness and a positive work environment.
- Provide the necessary tools and ensure a safe workplace to optimize production and testing efficiency.
- Handle performance evaluations and HR-related issues.
- Coordinate with customer service and R&D to address manufacturing or testing concerns and expedite repair orders.
- Guide the test department to conduct thorough testing at various levels and oversee the development of testing equipment and programs.
- Evaluate and upgrade technical capabilities, resources, and equipment in manufacturing, testing, and repair services.
- Manage work schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure goals are met in production, testing, and repair services.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tool availability for employees.
- Support customer inspections and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Monitor staffing levels to meet production needs.
