Hours: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm daily.
About the job:
  • This position is responsible for complex construction projects, from bid through final acceptance by client. The regular tasks will include:
  • Preparation and maintenance of project schedules including comprehensive sequencing of construction activities.
  • Coordination with owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Host construction meetings and issue meeting minutes.
  • Cost control management, including contracts, change orders and cost reports.
  • Safety management.
  • Submittal review and processing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Submit, track, and issue responses to RFI’s.
  • Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Review subcontractor progress requisitions.
  • Direct and lead project superintendents and assistant project managers toward project completion.
  • Distribute, track, and coordinate completion of punch lists.
  • Coordinate project commissioning and turnover package.
Required:
  • BS degree in Engineering (Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical preferred).
  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager is required.
  • Exceptional software skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project / Sage 300 CRE / Microsoft Office).
  • OSHA Certified.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional conduct essential.
