• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
• Interview process: phone screening, on-site interview, and facility tour

Job duties and responsibilities for a Material Coordinator:

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment by vendors
• Oversee the receipt process of all inbound/outbound
• materials
• Read and manage a bill of materials
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials, tools, and equipment by vendors
• Perform piece counts to ensure accuracy
• Ensure the accuracy of all orders and transactions
• Operate computer software systems such as Epicor to control inventory
• Sort received materials based on department

Experience and requirements for a Material Coordinator:

• Must have the ability to handle and work accurately with numbers featuring long digits
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer literacy (experience SAP and Excel preferred)
• Must have the ability to handle and work with numbers featuring long digits
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Experience with business management systems (Epicor, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Syspro, or Acumatica) is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED

**Occasional travel between facilities is required (within a 30-minute round trip)
