• Pay type: Salary (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday with flexible hours starting between 5:30am-9:30am (plus overtime opportunities)
• Interview process: phone screening, on-site interview, and facility tour

Job duties and responsibilities for an Electrical Engineer:

• Collaborate directly with team managers and project engineers
• Develop automated machine control solutions that meet customer specifications, safety standards, and functional requirements
• Interface with customers, sales, and project managers to ensure effective communication
• Participate actively in field installations, servicing at customer sites, and commissioning drive control systems
• Contribute to manufacturing checkout and customer shop tests as required
• Manage project commissioning by coordinating with the Project team and Site personnel
• Establish and approve commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines
• Review designs and oversee onsite commissioning activities
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive commission records, documenting site observations, testing processes, and checklists
• Compile commission report data for summarization and reporting purposes

Experience and requirements for a Commissioning Associate Engineer:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or Associate Degree in Electrical Technology plus applicable field experience
• Preferred knowledge of Variable-frequency drives (VFD)
• Experience working with Siemens PLC programming
• Preferred experience with automation and drives
• Foundation in technical knowledge
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team
• Able to travel 20%-25%
