Job details for a Robotics Electro-Mechanical Assembler:

• Pay type: Hourly (based on experience) 
• Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift
• Flexible hours between 7am-4:30pm (plus overtime opportunities)
• Interview process: phone screening, on-site interview, and facility tour
• Ideal Start Date: Immediate

Job duties and responsibilities for a Robotics Electro-Mechanical Assembler:

• Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics for assembly guidance
• Assemble motors, sensors, actuators, and other electro-mechanical parts according to specifications
• Connect electrical wiring, perform soldering, crimping, and conduct functional tests to ensure proper functionality
• Perform quality control checks, maintain detailed assembly records, and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Collaborate with team members, follow safety protocols, and maintain shop inventory (parts, tools and equipment)

Experience and requirements for a Robotics Electro-Mechanical Assembler:

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Fabrication experience (Welding, Metal Cutting, Sheet Metal or Plastic Fabrication, Precision Machining, Assembly or Metal Forming)
• Experience with machine operation or robotics
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
