SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an Administrative Assistant in our client's Business & Commercial Litigation practice! This role offers a competitive salary with a balanced work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
What You'll Do:
What You'll Do:
- Managing multiple phone lines and ensuring accurate and prompt message transmission
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and FedEx shipments
- Handling check requests, expense reimbursements, and invoices
- Coordinating document production and delivery through office and messenger services
- Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Sound judgment and a proactive, independent work approach
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Administrative assistant experience in litigation, including motion practice and e-filing
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); experience with NetDocs, Aderant, Intellistat, Chrome River, and ShareFile is a plus
- Excellent client service and listening skills to anticipate the needs of clients and attorneys
- Demonstrate consistent logic, rationale, and objectivity in decision-making

- Enjoy collaborating with diverse personalities across different levels of the firm
- Be comfortable working in our office at least 3 days a week
