Hai Hospitality’s LORO Asian Smokehouse & Bar is looking for a talented Executive Sous Chef to join the LORO team in the Dallas Market! We're offering a base salary between $57,000-$67,000 based on experience plus benefits.

Key Functions:

• Provide guidance and leadership to Sous Chefs 
• Monitor and analyze unit KPI's 
• Operational, financial, and administrative oversight and guidance
• Engagement and enrichment of kitchen teams
