Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Location: Boca Raton, FL (Palm Beach County) – LOCAL candidates only please
- 100% IN-OFFICE, full time position
- Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 base salary (commensurate with experience); comprehensive benefits
Overview:
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides thorough HR consultation & support to designated Company components, leads organizational assessments, and develops workforce plans. Focal points include (but not limited to) employee relations, providing support to team/department managers, executing talent acquisition/attraction strategies, etc.
Qualifications for Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field REQUIRED
- MINIMUM of 5 years of related, progressive and comprehensive experience as an HR Business Partner (or similar title) REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources practices, policies and procedures
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software (experience with Paycom, Workday and/or ADP highly preferred)
- Must have knowledge of employment laws & regulations
- Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and managing employee relations investigations
- Previous experience in direct supervision of HR professionals is preferred
- SHRM certificate preferred
- Passionate about growing into a career in the field of Human Resources
- High proficiency in the full MS Office package
- Project management skills
- Highly effective communication / interpersonal skills
