Job Posting: Human Resources Director

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Position: HR Director

Role Overview:

As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving talent management strategies to support our mission. You will lead the HR function, working closely with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and promote a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the long-term growth and success of the organization.

2. Talent Management: Take the lead in managing and nurturing our team's skills and potential, overseeing onboarding procedures, and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

3. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and support managers in fostering a high-performance culture.

4. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.

5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.

6. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary, and provide guidance on HR-related legal matters.

7. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making, track key HR metrics, and provide insights to senior management on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
