The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.
We are inviting you to apply for the Spa Front Desk Receptionist / Attendant position. In this role, you will be responsible for the reception and common spa areas.
We require that you have background, consisting of exposure to hospitality / salon / spa customer service environment for a minimum of two years.
Additional required skills include :
- Must be detailed-oriented.
- Have the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills.
