Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-themed resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for our open Director of Guest Services position. In this role, you would directly supervise the front office, bell staff and concierge teams.

You would also work in partnership with the front office manager(s), director of rooms and the guest experience team to achieve our desired results.

You could potentially serve as the property manager on duty when needed, and oversee all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.

We do require that you have background, consisting of a minimum of two years of previous front office or guest service supervisory experience within a large hotel or resort, and a minimum of two years additional experience with a property of over with 500 rooms in any capacity.

Formal training or hands-on education in hotel management and operations is required. You must have a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day functions of all aspects of a resort.
