Job Description:
As an Key Account Manager (KAM, International focus) specializing in dental educational software and simulation products outside the US, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong, lasting relationships with key clients and dealers in the dental education sector. Your responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new international business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the dental education sector, including working with distributors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental education market.
• Product training, support, and demonstrate our range of software solutions and simulation products to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the product development team to align strategies and ensure customer needs are met.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful implementation and usage of our products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Interest and acumen in software including virtual reality (VR) and haptics.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales or business development role, preferably within the dental or educational software industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of dental education and training processes preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
