A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Customer Service Representative, you play a key role in communicating with our customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our business. You handle any incoming calls, chats, or emails you receive while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. When customers inquire about their orders, you track their status and respond to any product questions with accurate information.
You also handle returns or warranty questions to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. Anytime a special project or new task comes your way, you're happy to take on the challenge. Our customers are always satisfied with the service they receive with you as part of our team, and it brings you great fulfillment to know you thrive in this position!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow
- Excellent customer service skills
Customer service experience would be a plus but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you effectively prioritize tasks while demonstrating good time management? Are you able to keep up in a fast-paced environment? This full- or part-time position with shifts either 7 AM - 3 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM.
