- The Supervisor's role is to help the department manager keep KPIs within the normal range.
- This position actively manages the Utility companies in their assigned market.
- Oversee all projects in their assigned area, progressing quickly through the process.
- Perform project audits to ensure a project is ready to submit documents for permission to operate.
- Effectively communicate to homeowners any needed fixes and generate service tickets for required changes.
- Complete all necessary tasks to move projects to the Utility and PTO teams.
