What We OfferA competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 Fully remote work setup A supportive and energetic work environment A robust benefits package including healthcare and retirement plans Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) for work-life balance ResponsibilitiesManage and update client information in our CRM system and maintain records in Excel Draft, edit, and manage correspondences, documents, and client spreadsheets based on daily requests and proposals Organize and coordinate both virtual and in-person meetings, appointments, and events Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency for routine tasks Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including the execution of agreements and contracts Facilitate effective internal communication and workflow within the sales and marketing team Undertake special projects and conduct research as needed QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field At least two years of relevant experience in administration, preferably supporting marketing or sales teams Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Vlookup, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft Word Experienced in using CRM systems High level of personal judgment, integrity, and discretion Strong work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Employment Type: Full-Time
