Solomon Page is Hiring a Human Resources Associate Near New York, NY

Our client, a prestigious philanthropic foundation in Midtown, NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support HR operations. This position will be a hybrid schedule with 3 days on site and2 days working remote.

  • Base salary 100K plus excellent, fully paid benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll
  • Administering benefits
  • Maintaining HRIS reports
  • Hiring processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days/week/2 remote
  • Prior experience administering benefits programs
  • Prior experience managing 401K enrollment
  • Prior experience processing semi-monthly payroll
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Experience working for a foundation or non-profit
  • Experience working with Paychex
  • Experience working with Greenhouse system
  • Experience working with BambooHR system
