Position Summary: Primary responsibilities: processing and reconciling vendor invoices.
Essential Job Duties:
Match purchase orders with receipts and invoices
Enter invoices into accounting system
Process weekly check run
Mail payments to vendors
Respond to vendor inquiries
Post customer payments
Filing
Open mail
All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Education/Degree:
High School diploma or equivalent
