What’s a typical day as a Parts Coordinator? You’ll be :
- Measuring parts in the warehouse and inputting the data into our packaging spec application
- Supporting offsite packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality, and productivity
- Coordinating the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors, and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock, or unshipped orders
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have basic Excel and computer knowledge
- Possess decision-making skills
- Have the ability to look at data sets
- Are able to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs
- Can drive a Cushman (small, battery-operated vehicle - similar to a small golf-cart)
- Are comfortable in a high traffic warehouse environment
- Can be on your feet for 70% of the day
- Are able to use simple software applications
Preferred qualifications :
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business and / or supply chain (not required)
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (SAP)
- Manager open to recent graduates
