Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, with a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations. If you are detail-oriented, possess excellent negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
- Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Handle lease renewals and resident inquiries
- Utilize ResMan or similar software for leasing activities
- Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
Experience:
Required:
- Experience in property management
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
- Proficiency in ResMan or similar leasing software
