We are looking for a RockStar Leasing Consultant at one of our Houston Properties!

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Respond to incoming leads

· Follow-up with leads to convert from prospect to applicant

· Review application/screening requirements with prospects as needed

· Assistn with online application process steps with prospects as needed

· Follow-up with prospects regarding tours

· Meet weekly or month sales quota that comply with the company policy

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in property management (preferred but not required)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage time effectively with little supervision

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong negotiation skills

• Experience with Property Management softwaredependent upon experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
