Job Summary

The Lead for Partner Marketing will be responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with partners of Emplifi. As leader of partner marketing, you'll define the strategy, events, interaction and follow up that will ensure the target partners are engaged and growing their business and therefore growing Emplifi. The Partner Marketing Lead is also responsible for ensuring the enablement of partner sales teams.

What You’ll Do Here

• Work closely with sales partner team to identify opportunities for growth in partners, selling new partners, enabling partners success, and fostering an win-win environment for both sides
• Reuse and recast sales enablement materials for partners
• Reuse and recast campaign materials with partners
• Support partner events that have the potential to broaden Emplifi products usage in our partners client base
• Collaborate with partners to document successful programs including the value obtained and the growth gained
• Identify partners that have experts that could be used in Emplifi marketing
• Monitor partner (and their clients) usage of our platform and plan and execute on client growth strategies that may include joint webinars, events, or other joint digital marketing

What You’ll Bring to Us

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• 7 years of product marketing and/or partner marketing with B2B SaaS companies
• Proven ability to engage with third parties and lead special projects
• Capable of learning our platform and investigating our client's use of the platform
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, focus groups, etc.)
• Skilled in the use of (but not config) Salesforce, and other marketing tools
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adjust to changing dynamics
• Experience in working with 3rd party vendors, including negotiations, managing contracts and budgets
• An enthusiastic, high-energy team member who is viewed as a “doer” on the team and across internal organizations
• Willing to travel as needed to activities/events
