The Account Coordinator role reports to the Account Operations Manager (AOM) and provides account assistance to ensure the successful completion of work orders for both clients and vendors.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Compare service agreements to contract to ensure new accounts are setup and service cadence is correct
· Creates vendor profiles and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors
· Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures
· Communicate work orders to vendors and assist AOM in resolving issues
· Monitor, update and close out work orders accordingly based on SLA - notify AOM if any requirements are missing
· Track invoice submissions and ensures proper coding by vendor
· Provide reports or reports out on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate vendor
· Ensure internal records (CRM, documents, spreadsheets, files, drives) are up-to-date and organized
· Effectively communicate with all levels of MCS management accordingly
· Assist with process and procedure training
· Other duties may be assigned as role evolves based on the needs of the business

Education and Experience:
Education: Two-year or equivalent work experience in a similar environment
Experience: 1 year interior facilities experience
