We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator in the healthcare industry, to work in Chula Vista, California, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The HR Coordinator will be tasked with supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee benefits administration, and providing general administrative support to the HR department.This position requires candidates to be in the office 2 to 3 days a week. This is a contract to hire role, so you must be unemployed to be considered for the position. Responsibilities:• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication• Support the new hire onboarding process, which includes preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations• Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries• Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating complaints and facilitating resolution• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient management of HR tasks• Perform Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks as required• Use e-Recruitment tools for recruitment efforts• Assist in Corporate Recruiting and Talent Sourcing activities
