BBSI has partnered with an amazing organization seeking a contract HR Generalist.
M-F 8am 5pm $25-$35 hour DOE
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for supporting management level staff within the HR Department and companywide identifying and developing policies and procedures as they apply to HR.
They will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs such as medical, dental, life, disability and 401(k) plans.
The HR Generalist will oversee all employee documentation, including contractual agreements, recruitment paperwork and compliance.
They are responsible for the development and use of the HRIS system; ensuring full compliance of system data and schedules / facilitates auditing as needed for legal as well as state / federal compliance.
Responsibilities are not limited to but will include policy and procedure identification and development, document management, recruitment, disciplinary protocols, HR reporting, and regulatory training compliance.
Essential Functions :
Monitors and updates tickets / tasks / activities assigned to them in company CRM.
Ensures management is kept informed and updated on anything that may be impacting company operations and employees.
Provides support and guidance to HRIS users as well as manages any needed permissions and settings for users.
Triages job requisitions as received, actively recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;
collaborates closely with Division / Department Managers to understand job roles and duties to short list qualified candidates.
