TalentBridge is Hiring a Human Resources Analyst Near Charlotte, NC

HR Analyst

We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our People Services and Solutions team, specializing in People Data. This role involves a mix of transactional, administrative, and analytical tasks, ensuring efficient management of employee data and HR reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday, Power BI, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Transactional/Administrative Tasks:

  • Perform transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday.
  • Manage payroll, time, and attendance systems (Kronos/UKG).

Document Management:

  • Deliver digital and physical record and document management services within Workday.

HR Reporting:

  • Support HR functional reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and maintain reports regarding HR metrics using tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Technical Skills Required:

Systems Knowledge:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Workday, ServiceNOW, UKG Pro, and Kronos.

Data Analysis Tools:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including building and manipulating reports.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar domain.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Functional Competencies:

  • Comprehensive understanding of employee lifecycle processes for both white and blue-collar environments.
  • Experience in executing people data processes.
  • Proficiency with various HR tools (e.g., Case Management, HRIS).
  • Knowledge of Workday or equivalent HR management tools.

Core Competencies:

  • Service Management, including service operations and technology.
  • Strong customer care skills.
  • Ownership and accountability.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation and report building.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
