Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Demonstrated understanding of Benefit Functions
- Proficient in Compensation Administration
- Strong knowledge of Compliance procedures
- Skilled in Employee Relations
- Familiarity with Government Contracts
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct a HR team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation, organizational development, and employee relations.
