Ourisman Honda Bethesda is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to complete our team. They will be responsible for all aspects of a traditional F&I position, all while providing exceptional customer service to ensure an easy and enjoyable car buying experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- View, analyze, and submit credit applications for lending decisions
- Communicate with lenders about credit decisions and funding
- Present service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
- Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
- Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
Qualifications:
- 1 Year minimum of Dealership F&I experience
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Self-motivated and high-energy personality
- Previous Finance Manager experience
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and works well in a process-driven environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $67,700.95 - $173,026.94 per year
