Job Description:

The Title Processor must possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, independent organizational skills and be task oriented. Training is available for new candidates to the industry or cross training in new departments.

Essentials Responsibilities:

• Review and produce title reviews for attorney review.
• Ability to confirm lien priority, property ownership, and defects in title.
• Maintain electronic client databases and systems on a daily basis.
• Review title reports and documents for accuracy.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with clients, staff, and attorneys via email or client systems to ensure firm meets or exceed workflow deadlines.

Qualifications

• One (1) plus years of title examination experience.
• Self motivator with limited supervision.
• Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Superior attention to detail.
• High School Diploma, College degree preferred.
• Work in a team environment.

Additional Information

Our office hours are 9-5:30 M-F, all candidates must be able to work these hours.
