AP Recruiters & Associates is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Beach, FL
- Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice data entry, coding, and verification
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Research and resolve discrepancies on invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable reports
- Prepare basic journal entries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with journal entries a plus
- SAP experience strongly preferred
