Palm Beach Mitsubishi is seeking an Accounting Staff Member!

This position requires previous experience working in the automotive industry. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, providing analytical accounting support in the compilation of Customer Deposit, Accounts Payable and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Accounts Payable billings are completed in a timely manner each month and are completely reconciled.
• Daily/Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts.
• Process any disbursement of a/p checks for all vendors/customers.
• Process monthly remit and reconcile Ancillary Policies.
• Process any customer refunds.
• Complete assigned accounting tasks as requested by Controller.

Skills

• Must have prior experience in the Automotive Industry!
• Knowledge of office procedures, responsibilities, and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Reynolds & Reynolds Experience is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Willing to submit and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
