Accounts Payable Processor
Location: Baltimore, MD, 21224
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
