We are currently hiring for: Accounting Clerk (part-time, remote)

The Accounting Clerk is the interface between sales and accounting, providing general administrative support to facilitate timely execution of customer invoicing and supplier payment.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain purchase orders.
• Obtain bills of ladings from vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for vendor and customer accounts and transactions.
• Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting.
• Provide support for audits and financial analysis as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline trading activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills!
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
