Bloom Talent is Hiring an Executive Assistant at Mission-Driven Healthcare Startup Near New York, NY
Series A startup transforming the healthcare industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven, collaborative team of 65! Support the CEO and leadership team with calendar management, board meeting planning and logistics, running weekly company-wide all hands, and planning leadership and company-wide off-sites. You will also help with some administrative tasks to support HR and employee relations. Preference for someone based in New York or with intimate knowledge of NYC. 100-140K DOE equity, 100% paid health benefits including dependents, 401k, unlimited PTO, work-from-home office setup stipend & more! Responsibilities:
Support CEO and leadership team by assisting with calendar management, expense tracking, and handling sensitive and complex priorities.
Help facilitate quarterly planning and board meetings. Coordinating schedules, booking travel, ensuring lunches are catered and dinner reservations are made.
Organize weekly and quarterly meetings. Helping coordinate weekly All-Hands, quarterly town halls, and founders' AMA. Providing company-wide announcements and updates.
Plan company-wide and leadership team off-site events.
Support with employee programs alongside the President such as on/offboarding, employee record maintenance, and being a point of contact for employees related to questions around benefits, policies, etc.
Support IT-related needs for employees including equipment ordering, provisioning, tracking, asset management, and escalating any troubleshooting as needed.
Ad hoc tasks such as assisting the recruiting team with candidate support as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in an early-stage startup.
No task too small mentality, willing to jump in and help as needed.
Proven organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities while not losing sight of attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, and a positive attitude.
Ability to build a quick and strong rapport with candidates, employees, and third-party vendors.
A general affinity for learning new technology and optimizing systems.
