Litigation Paralegal
Our client is renowned for its high-stakes litigation across class actions, mass torts, and public client investigations and prosecutions is actively seeking Paralegals for our offices in various locations.
The chosen candidate will be involved in managing, organizing, and supporting complex legal cases across various sectors including class actions, mass torts, and public client litigation. This role calls for a communicative and engaging individual with comprehensive expertise in legal processes, including document management, legal research, filing, and client interactions. The successful applicant will need to possess excellent interpersonal abilities and be prepared to fulfill these expectations in a fast-paced and demanding legal environment.

Focus:
- Manage online and in-person legal filings.
- Cite-check and finalize legal documents, including drafting and reviewing Table of Contents and Table of Authorities.
- Assist with routine motions and discovery processes.
- Prepare and deliver courtesy copies of case-related documents.
- Oversee the firm’s case files as well as the calendaring and docketing systems.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication.

- Proven experience with office productivity tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
