Marketing Assistant

We’re seeking a talented & strategic Marketing Assistant to join our team! This role will work cross-functionally & report directly to the VP Sales and Marketing. Our ideal candidate is someone who is creative, detail orientated, a team player and a multi-tasker that will reach deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly sales reporting
• Fostering relationship with buyers through weekly communication, sales reports, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Seek out new accounts and opportunities for business
• Managing customer service, both online and social channels
• Build out short & long term social media strategies for the brand
• Regularly identify social trends & strategize opportunities for the brand to engage
• Oversee community management across all social platforms
• Partner closely with VP Sales and Marketing and graphic design team for best-in-class assets to support social, holidays, & new launches
• Regular reporting & analysis on social media channels
• Manage booking and negotiation with social content creators
• Willingness to help film and edit content with VP of sales and marketing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience in marketing or sales
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment & meet changing deadlines on multiple projects
• Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal communication & writing skills
• Works well under pressure & has a flexible and positive attitude
• Attention to detail & ability to multitask
• Strong project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
