Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Utilize outbound calling strategies to prospect and engage with potential clients - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Qualifications: - Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry - Strong knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus - Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals - Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-lasting relationships - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Proficient in using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities If you are a driven individual with a passion for business development, we would love to hear from you.
