Piper Companies is looking for a Services Representative to join a Union supporting organization. This is a full - time position onsite at the client's HQ in Rockville, MD.
Essential Duties of the Services Representative :
- Review and validate incoming documents
- Submit applications / files for approval
- Recalculate benefit for recipients who are due additional service credits
- Back up call center as needed
Qualifications of the Services Representative :
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Prior accounting background is a big plus
Compensation for the Services Representative :
- $20-25 / hr (based on experience)
- Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO, paid holidays
